Philosophy

My philosophy is fairly simple.  Provide the client with as much information as needed to allow them to make the right decision for themselves.

As your real estate agent I will help you throughout the entire home buying or home selling process. 

When buying a home I will help you get pre-approved with a loan that fits your budget.  Once you have established your budget, we will determine the type of home that best suites your needs.  Taking into consideration your parameters, we will search high and low to find you the right property.

If you are selling a home we will first determine your goals.  The obvious goal is to sell the home for as much as possible, as soon as possible.  But there are a lot of factors that go into selling a home, especially in this market.  I will provide you with as much information as needed to make sure you are comfortable with the pricing and marketing of your home.  Once we have a clear picture of your goals we will outline a customized marketing strategy just for you.
